The PTA of the Kentfield School District is the Parent Teacher Association for our schools.  The KSPTA is part of a national organization whose mission is to positively impact the lives of all children and families by representing our members, and empowering and supporting them with skills in advocacy, leadership and communications.  The KSPTA’s executive board is elected annually and meets monthly to work on programs to support our schools.

The KSPTA is only as strong as its members, and here is where you come in... You and your family are invited join the KSPTA.  Annual membership dues are $25 per person and support all the PTA programs at our schools including teacher stipends, materials for our libraries and specialists, technology programs, and after-school sports.  Please click HERE to join the KSPTA and click HERE for the current list of perks you are eligible for as a member, such as discounts at various local attractions and car rental.  Although volunteering is not required to join, KSPTA facilitates parent involvement in a range of activities.   Please explore the range of opportunities to be involved in your children’s classrooms and at their schools; please click HERE to find out about volunteering at Bacich and HERE for Kent.

The school community is invited to KSPTA’s monthly meetings -- your ideas for supporting our schools are welcome.  For a schedule of meetings and agendas, please click here.  At these meetings, you will hear updates on school issues and events from the principals and hear a special presentation from a school program each month.  All KSPTA members are also eligible to vote at monthly PTA meetings on issues of importance to our schools and our children.
